Paul Kearney

Mr. Kearney has been employed by 3PSC since 2005. He is responsible for daily operations management the Oceanograhic ships. He manages all aspects of the 3PSC Safety and Quality Management System. He addresses operational safety, flag state and port state regulatory requirements, force protection, pollution response, cargo operations, manning and compliance with company policy and procedures. He is responsible for continued company and fleet certification and registration with class society and registrar. Mr. Kearney previously was employed by Dyn Marine Services as a Port Captain and Manager of Quality. Mr. Kearney is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH.
